Please follow these instructions to obtain Profession Fire Fighter tags for your vehicle.

If you are a member of Local 1664 in good standing:

1.) Mail a check or money order for $10 made payable to MCCFFA. No cash is accepted.

2.) Mail a copy of your permanent vehicle registration, naming the IAFF member as the owner of the vehicle.

3.) Once these have been received, we will mail you the application for the MVA. 

3.) You must mail the form to MVA Headquarters (Glen Burnie) at the address provided on the form.

If you are a member of an IAFF Local other than Local 1664:

Along with sending the money and copy of vehicle registration, obtain a letter from the applicant's home IAFF Local President or Treasurer stating they are a member in good standing. Include this letter with the payment and registration and an application will be mailed to you. This application then needs to be sent to MVA Headquarters.
